Warranties and exchanges

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact. Exchanges do not apply to promotional, outlet, or gift items. To request an exchange, please email us at cambiosygarantias@ka-la.cc with photos of the product and a description of the reason. Our team will provide you with instructions to complete the exchange quickly and securely.

Warranty
Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects identified within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you notice any defects, please email us at cambiosygarantias@ka-la.cc with photos of the damage, the product, and the tag so we can validate your case and offer the best solution.

Returns
We do not accept returns. If you do not want the product received, you may exchange it for store credit valid for future purchases. Exchanges for defects or order errors are handled directly through our warranty process.
