How do I care for my gear?
To extend the life of your apparel, wash by hand or in a washing machine using cold water or the cold cycle option. Avoid hot water. Do not tumble dry or iron. Also, avoid prolonged sun exposure, clean off sweat and sunscreen regularly, and store your items in a dry, ventilated place.
How do I claim a warranty?
If you notice a defect, please contact us at cambiosygarantias@ka-la.cc with photos of the damage, the product, and the tag. The warranty covers manufacturing defects for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
What sizes do you offer and how do I choose the right one?
Each product includes its own size guide to help you find the best fit. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the guide before purchasing.
Are the products unisex or do you have specific versions for men and women?
Most of our products are designed with a unisex fit, but some models come in specific versions for men and women for better comfort and fit.
Can I return a product?
No returns are accepted. If you do not want the product, you may exchange it for store credit valid for future purchases. Exchanges for defects or order errors are handled directly.
Can I place custom or limited edition orders?
Yes, we offer limited edition products. For a quote, please contact us at contacto@ka-la.cc.
Do you offer warranty for normal wear and tear or only manufacturing defects?
Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear from use is not covered.
Are the materials water-resistant or breathable?
We use technical fabrics that offer excellent breathability and light water resistance, ideal for performance and comfort in various weather conditions.

What if I receive the wrong product?
Please email us at cambiosygarantias@ka-la.cc explaining that you received the wrong product, and we will send you instructions to exchange it for the correct item.
How can I get an invoice for my order?
To request your invoice, please email us at facturacion@ka-la.cc within the month of purchase with the following information: order number, tax ID (RFC), company name, postal code, CFDI usage (if applicable), and a contact email to send your invoice.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal.
Shipping
What are your delivery times?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 4 to 9 business days, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may experience additional delays.
How much will shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $95 MXN throughout Mexico. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $2,000 MXN.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within Mexico, but keep an eye! We'll deliver worldwide soon!
