Shipping policy

At Kala, we ship throughout Mexico using trusted couriers such as PaqueteExpress, FedEx, and Estafeta, 99 minutos, selected based on package size and delivery area.

The shipping cost is a flat rate of $95 MXN, which is automatically added at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days from payment confirmation. These times may vary depending on the courier’s coverage and logistics conditions.

In some cases, if the courier cannot locate the address provided, the package may be redirected to the nearest pickup point in your city for collection.

Please make sure your address is complete and accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
